RULES FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CHALLENGE
Finance or Economics students interested in real estate business development
FIRST ROUND
Submit your CV and cover letter
Participate in online logical thinking, numerical, strategical and knowledge quiz
Participants may be invited for on-line interviews
SECOND ROUND
Best candidates from the first round will be asked to prepare the case study
The main objective of the case study will be acquisition of a mixed-use development site. Your assigment will entail conducting a comprehensive analysis of a potential deal, assesing both its risks and benefits by examining its feasibility, market analysis, preparing valuation and formulating a sales and leasing strategy
You will have approximately 3-4 days to prepare and then you will present your case study to our jury at Penta's offices in Prague
AWARDS
All second round participants will receive a financial award of EUR 1000 each (NOTE: only candidates who present the case study in person are eligible for the award of EUR 1000).
Winner of the second round will receive a financial award of EUR 2,000 EUR and will be invited for an interview with our Country Managing Director CZ. Should the winner be offered and accept a position at Penta Real Estate, they will be eligible for an additional bonus of EUR 3,000
